2011 JUL 13 - Forced to Fight (Feature Film)
I'm thrilled to be working on my first feature film, a joint venture between Vancouver based PHD Productions, Castel Films of Romania, and Los Angeles production company Capital Arts Entertainment. Forced to Fight stars kickboxing champion Gary Daniels and Peter Weller of Robocop fame. I've been enjoying working with Andy, Jonas, Megan, and the production team at PHD, and look forward to the finished product.

2011 JUN 01 - BC Rugby
The BC Rugby Union commissioned Brüdder to produce a recruitment video for their new season, for which I was lucky enough to compose the music, do the sound design, and produce the final audio mix as well. One of my favourites to date, for sure...




2011 APR 28 - Seeking Stanley on CBC
I recently had the chance to produce a piece of music for the new CBC show, Seeking Stanley, which is airing after Vancouver Canucks games during the 2011 playoffs. Here's the first five minutes of the May 3rd edition, apparently watched by more than 200,000 households.

2010 DEC 13 - Vikes
Brüdder produced a recruitment video for the University of Victoria Athletics department, attracting athletes to join the Vikes program, and asked me to do the music and SFX.

 

2010 AUG 08 - Anirniq
Filmed on location on the northern tip of Baffin Island, "Anirniq" - Inuktitut for breath - is a short fable about an Inuit man confronting the loss of his father when he was a young boy on his first narwhal hunt. I had the pleasure of working with the Brüdder team once again on this project, for which I composed an original score around an adaptation I did of a Tanya Tagaq song called "Force".

I also had my hand at some sound mixing and editing for this project, which was nice to get back to.

2010 AUG 02 - Zumurrud Development
A promotional video for the Zumurrud hotel and shopping development in Tripoli, Libya. The request was for authentic traditional Libyan music, with a contemporary twist.



2009 NOV 12 - Spirit of Squamish
The Spirit of Squamish tourism campaign has finally been launched, which means I can now share the fruits of my labout for the last couple of months. Many thanks to RJ, Jon, and Amy at Brüdder Productions for being so great to work with.

2009 AUG 13 - Pine St. Gardens
My first project with Andrew Lavigne. He just needed a simple folky piece to underscore the mood of the film. I enjoyed this video.
